Doppia ApS (CVR 46767217), Denmark, runs the Doppia app and this website and is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: support@doppia.co.

What we collect and why

To provide the service, we process your name, work email, sign-in details and the companies and roles you have access to. To keep the service secure, we keep records of sign-ins and actions, including IP address and browser information. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your basic profile (name, email and account id) and nothing else.

We rely on our contract with you or your employer, our legitimate interest in security, and our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We only use cookies needed to sign you in and keep your account secure. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.

Who processes it

Data is stored in the EU. We use service providers for hosting and AI processing (Google Cloud, EU) and for network security and email delivery (Cloudflare). Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data as long as you have access to Doppia and as long as we need it for security, audit and legal obligations, then delete it. Backups are deleted in their normal cycle.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its use, and a portable copy. Write to support@doppia.co. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
